Important Documents

Documents required for First Year Admission under CAP Seats.

1. MAH-MCA-CET 2023 score card.
2. Statement of Marks & Certificate of SSC, HSC and Graduation.
3. Migration and Provisional certificate for those candidates who passed from any University other than Mumbai University.
4. Indian Nationality certificate of the Candidate.

       Any one of the following certificate will also be acceptable:-

      i)   The School leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the candidate as ‘Indian’.
      ii)   Indian Passport in the name of the candidate, issued by appropriate authorities.
      iii)  Birth Certificate of the Candidate indicating the place of birth in India.

5. Domicile Certificate of candidate/ Father /Mother (if applicable), clearly indication the place of permanent residence of the candidate/ father or mother or Husband.
6. Domicile certificate of candidate: – In case of Type- A candidate in lieu of Domicile certificate candidates should produce Birth Certificate of candidate indicate place of birth in Maharashtra or School Leaving Certificate indicating place of birth of candidate is in Maharashtra.
7. Caste certificate (if applicable)
8. Caste/Tribe Validity Certificate (if applicable)
9. Non-Creamy Layer certificate valid up to 31st March 2024 (if applicable).
10. Certificates in Proforma A, B1, B2, G1, G2, J, K, L, O, P, Q, U & V as applicable (Mentioned in DTE brochure).
11. Gap Certificate for the break after completion of Graduation examination on a Rs. 100/- non judicial stamp paper duly notarized in Institute specified format (if applicable)
12. AICTE Anti-Ragging Undertaking by Student as well as Parents on Rs.100/- non-judicial Stamp Paper duly notarized in AICTE specified format.
13. Physical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
14. Five recent passport sizes colored photographs.
15. Any other relevant document.

Documents required for First Year Admission Under Hindi Linguistic Minority Seats

1. MAH-MCA-CET 2023 Score card.
2. Statement of Marks & Certificate of SSC, HSC and Graduation.
3. Migration and Provisional certificate for those candidates who passed from any University other than Mumbai University.
4. Indian Nationality certificate of the Candidate..

       Any one of the following certificate will also be acceptable:-

       i)     The School leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the candidate as ‘Indian’.
       ii)    Indian Passport in the name of the candidate, issued by appropriate authorities.
       iii)   Birth Certificate of the Candidate indicating the place of birth in India.

6. Affidavit for Minority status on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper duly notarized in Institute specified format.
7. Gap Certificate for the break after completion of Graduation examination on a Rs. 100/- non judicial stamp paper duly notarized in Institute specified format (if applicable)
8. AICTE Anti-Ragging Undertaking by Student as well as Parents on Rs.100/- non-judicial Stamp Paper duly notarized in AICTE specified format.

Documents required for First Year Admission Under Institute Level Seats.

1. MAH-MCA-CET 2023 score card.
2. Statement of Marks & Certificate of SSC, HSC and Graduation.
3. Migration and Provisional certificate for those candidates who passed from any University other than Mumbai University.
4. Indian Nationality certificate of the Candidate.

       Any one of the following certificate will also be acceptable:-

7. Undertaking regarding Interim Fees of Rs 100/- on non judicial stamp paper duly notarized in Institute specified format.
8. AICTE Anti-Ragging Undertaking by Student as well as Parents on Rs.100/- non-judicial Stamp Paper duly notarized in AICTE specified format.
9. Physical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
10. Five recent passport sizes colored photographs.
11. Any other relevant document.
