Documents required for First Year Admission under CAP Seats.

1. MAH-MCA-CET 2024 Score Card.
2. CAP Admission Seat Allotment Letter from the CET CELL
3. FC Verification letter
4. Statement of Marks & Certificate of SSC, HSC and Graduation.
5. Migration and Provisional certificate for those candidates who passed from any University other than Mumbai University.
6. Indian Nationality certificate of the Candidate.

      Any one of the following certificates will also be acceptable:-

          i)   The School leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the candidate as ‘Indian’.

          ii)   Indian Passport in the name of the candidate, issued by appropriate authorities.

          iii)  Birth Certificate of the Candidate indicating the place of birth in India.

7. Domicile Certificate of candidate/ Father /Mother (if applicable), clearly indicating the place of permanent residence of the candidate/ father or mother or Husband.
8. Caste certificate (if applicable)
9. Caste/Tribe Validity Certificate (if applicable)
10. Non-Creamy Layer certificate valid up to 31st March 2025 (if applicable).
11. Certificates in Proforma A, B1, B2, G1, G2, J, K, L, O, P, Q, U & V as applicable (Mentioned in DTE brochure).
12. Gap Certificate for the break after completion of Graduation examination on a Rs. 100/- nonjudicial stamp paper duly notarized in Institute specified format (if applicable)
13. AICTE Anti-Ragging Undertaking by Student as well as Parents on Rs.20/- non-judicial Stamp Paper duly notarized in AICTE specified format.
14. Physical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
15. Five recent passport-sized colored photographs.
16. Any other relevant document.

Documents required for First Year Admission Under Hindi Linguistic Minority Seats

1. MAH-MCA-CET 2024 Score Card.
2. CAP Admission Seat Allotment Letter from the CET CELL
3. FC Verification letter
4. Statement of Marks & Certificate of SSC, HSC and Graduation.
5. Migration and Provisional certificate for those candidates who passed from any University other than Mumbai University.
6. Indian Nationality certificate of the Candidate..

       Any one of the following certificates will also be acceptable:-

        i)     The School leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the candidate as ‘Indian’. 

        ii)    Indian Passport in the name of the candidate, issued by appropriate authorities.

12. Affidavit for Minority status on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper duly notarized in Institute specified format.
13. Gap Certificate for the break after completion of Graduation examination on a Rs. 100/- non-judicial stamp paper duly notarized in institute-specified format (if applicable)
